MARTINSBURG - Police said Thursday that two men who had been sought as persons of interest in an ongoing arson investigation in the city have been cleared. The Martinsburg City Police Department issued a news release Wednesday in regard to an arson at a psychological services facility in Martinsburg, along with sending two photographs of persons of interest to the media.
